Driven by a quest for authenticity and a fascination with human emotions, soprano Vibe Rouvet explores the power of the voice as a sensitive link between eras and narratives.
In 2024, she won second prize at the Kattenburg Competition at the Lausanne Opera House. The previous year, she was named Jeune Talent Musica by the Musica Le Mans Festival, where she sang the roles of Barberina (Le Nozze di Figaro) and Crobyle (Thaïs) in 2023. The following year, she appeared in the role of Zerlina (Don Giovanni).
In March 2025, she played the Queen of the Night (Die Zauberflöte) with the Palais Royal orchestra in Paris, a role she will soon reprise at the Lausanne Opera House (November 2025). At the beginning of June, she performed the Princess and the Bat (L’Enfant et les Sortilèges) as part of the Ravel Festival in Ciboure.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from the HEMU in Lausanne, she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in solo performance in the class of Frédéric Gindraux and Jean-Philippe Clerc. She is perfecting her skills in masterclasses with Patricia Petibon, Barbara Hannigan, Gary Magby, Nino Machaidze and Véronique Gens.
