A brilliant Winter Season in Crans-Montana
In an idyllic setting in the heart of the Pennine Alps, Crans-Montana Classics is happy to present to you its very rich summer porgram.
High level concerts with artists and orchestras of international reputation:
- August 1st:
Garden Party at Hotel Crans Ambassador - an evening of gypsy jazz with a spectacular view on the water and fire shows from Lac Grenon - with the Hot Club de Berne.
- August 5th:
The Georgian Chamber Orchestra Ingolstadt and the Duo Daniel et Alexander Gurfinkel.
- August 12th:
Closing Concert of the Master Classes. Orchestra of the Cameristi della Scala, Milan with the participation of professors and students Master Classes. Soloist: Shlomo Mintz.
- August 13th:, in collaboration with Montagn'Arts :
Stéphane Stas presents : "L'Ame du Monde" (The Soul of the World) based on the book of Frédéric Lenoir. With Laure Barras, soprano and Lina Luzzi, cello. Let yourself be surprised...
- August 15th:
The Sirba Octet proposes a very special program of gypsy and klezmer music.
- September 2nd:
Alti'Musique - Music flies high in Crans-Montana. Enjoy a music day in the mountains at the Cry d'Er Club d'Altitude, with the participation of several local an international choirs and music groups.
- September 9th:
A fantastic highlight for Crans-Montana : the worldknown violinist Nigel Kennedy and Band will give an exceptional Concert as part of the Omega European Masters - from Bach to Jimmy Hendrix.

Prestigious Master Classes de violon de prestige that offer a unique opportunity for talented young violinists to benefit from the teachings of the greatest professors in the world.
For this 6th edition, Maestro Shlomo Mintz, Director of the Master Classes, invited three of his collegues and violinists friends: Cihat Askin, Sonig Tchakerian and Sungsic Yang.
