When cinema meets music…
Crans-Montana Classics is joining forces with Amitalia to screen the film “Primavera – Vivaldi and Me” at Cinecran this Sunday, 12 September at 6 pm. The incredible story of an orphaned child prodigy, a pupil of Antonio Vivaldi who inspired his concertos. Following the screening, violinist Jamila Garayusifli, a soloist and chamber musician, will perform Vivaldi’s “Primavera” on stage. A member of the Trio Areal, Crans-Montana Classics has previously welcomed this magnificent soloist, a regular guest at festivals. She will bring all the passion and virtuosity required for this iconic piece from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons.
A complimentary drink will be served at the end of the screening and performance.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Beloved Foundation, established by the Canton of Valais to support the victims of the Crans-Montana tragedy.
